So along with the raw food diet and month of mental discipline that I’m doing, I’m in this contest with a bunch of other Philly comics called Philly’s Funniest Fatties try and lose weight. Which is pretty much what it sounds like, a bunch of the overweight comics are trying to lose weight. As part of the contest we’re supposed to make weekly videos detailing our attempts at getting our thin on. Here’s my first video.

The show must go on! Dr. Rob overcomes adversity and joins the show via telephone and we discuss Hollywood, bad parenting and how food obsessed Ben has become because of the month of mental toughness.
Ben also recounts having a breakdown at the Raven Lounge during an open mic.
