This is late because I’ve spent all week lying in bed sick and feeling sorry for myself. I’m out of bed but still feeling sorry for myself.

I was an hour late to work this morning, because it took that long to convince myself it was worth it to go. I don’t think I can quit because there is nothing else out there for a fresh graduate with an English degree, but most days I want to roll the dice anyway.
